The Event

The London Hilton, a luxury 5-star hotel located on Park Lane provided the perfect backdrop for the event. It provided a main conference room and three further smaller rooms for breakout, together with a delegate registration area.

With a backdrop of two large projection screens against a black cloth background, the morning presentation featured a few speakers delivering focused presentations on specific topics, using a mixture of talks, interviews and videos to keep the audience engaged.

The main conference room was split into 3 smaller rooms for the afternoon, for the delivery of six separate breakout sessions.

The main room was then transformed over the course of 1.5hrs into an awards set up for dinner. The black cloth backdrop was changed to Starcloth and the room was lit to provide a more dinner and awards atmosphere.

UKSV supplied content management and audio stings (pre-event), a full stage, set design and build, and support, with full audio-visual support.

The event was extremely interactive. During the lunch break, the audience moved to the networking area where a large ‘Twitter Wall’ was installed.
