Flex – hereO Case Study Video

The Challenge

hereO had created a new, innovative GPS Watch for kids but their existing manufacturer simply couldn’t handle the scale of the project and the company began to suffer. Flex partnered with hereO to simplify, streamline and scale up production and saw this project as a great opportunity to showcase their abilities. Flex were looking for an agency to provide creative and video production support and having worked with UKSV previously, we were chosen to support the creation of the case study video, a channel they had yet to explore outside of the US.

Following an initial meeting, the UKSV and Flex teams quickly identified the creative opportunity this project had, not only from a visual perspective but as a great example of Flex doing what they do best, flexing their business model appropriately to support hereO as they required – operating like a start-up to match hereO’s business but with the scale and global reach to offer un-paralleled capacity.

The hereO team were also excited to be involved and share their story with the world and allowed us full access to their production facilities and offices for filming. Our team developed a structure for the video and set about organising the logistics of filming in Israel across 2 sites to ensure we got the very best material in the time available.

We also worked closely with the US marketing team from Flex to ensure the video matched the global brand whilst having its own unique feel. The video was targeted at around 90 seconds so content needed to be concise and well-structured and would eventually support a more in-depth written case study.
