RHA Annual Lunch

The Objective

Having previously engaged with a number of specialist companies, The Road Haulage Association (RHA) approached UKSV to deliver all aspects of the event production for their 2017 Annual Lunch.

The Challenges

This prestigious event, attended by more than 350 of the industry’s most important figures, including senior executives, representatives from government and the media, is the highlight of the RHA’s event calendar, so we needed to meet understandably high expectations

The Solution

Having reviewed previous productions, we suggested some creative tweaks that could make an impact on the event, whilst remaining within the organisation’s budgets.

We built a large stage solution which included a presentation area, full autocue system, interview studio and space for “Idolising Nova” – a live band made up of some employees from the RHA.

In addition, we provided digital branding solutions in several areas around the venue where smaller sponsored private drinks functions were being held before the main event. Live cameras relayed the on-stage action to the screen, and we created a post event highlights video and vox pop clips.
